The Empirical Research of Community of Practice for Personal Absorptive Capacity of Knowledge

摘要：

　　In this thesis,We explore the relationship between community of practice and personal absorptive capadty of knowledge.We also combine this result with the information design ability training of Chinese college students,and do empirical research based on the curriculum of Information System Design of college students who major in information system management based on the software Visual-pls.Finally,we get the relationship of indices of the Community of Practice for Personal absorptive capacity of knowledge.
