Suggestions on Mass Higher Education in China
It is the necessity of history to practice enrollment expansion and popularized education in China.While the expansion has some advantageous influences,there are undesirable ones as well,such as the lower average students quality,higher administration difficulty,intense teaching resources,arising problems on teachers,higher employment pressure,elite education institution undertaking tasks of mass education,dropping values of certifications of graduate students and PHDs.Then,how to decrease the unfavorable influence and increase the favorable one? Therefore,we are asked to further define the goal of school and development direction and expand the school scale properly; moreover,universities and colleges shall constantly improve their own conditions,perfect teaching resources as well as the administration,realize the optimizing and upgrading of resources,strengthen the education on students and spare no efforts ensuring the teaching quality.
