HC Index of Paper Research Introducing H-index to Modify Citation Frequency
HC index is built on quoters h-index modified citation frequency and has more discrepancy than ever in evaluating a papers academic value or academic impact.By contrasting the sample of awards paper of peer review and control papers,writers found that the awards papers of peer review have higher HC index,even they have the same citation frequency.A paper with high academic value or academic influence likely attracts scholars who have higher h-index to quote.Total cited frequency and h-index can be modified by HC index.
