On the Predicament and Path Exploration of County Level E-Government Construction in China

摘要：

　　The construction of county level e-government,influenced by several restricting factors,such as limited capital input,lack of technological talents and resource sharing,weaker service ability,worse development environment,is still facing some real predicament at present stage.Scientific analysis of the current difficulties faced by the construction of e-government at the county level and the exploration of its path are of great significance to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.
