Research on the High-level Talents Training Mode Based on the Innovation Ability--High Lights in the Evaluation Reports on the Competitiveness of the World First-class Universities and Scientific Research Organizations
Chinese universities still have certain distance from the worlds first-class universities,mainly reflected in the scientific influence on research,and on earth reflected the gap of scientific research inncvation.PhD.education is the main channel of training the high-level talents.Through the multi-dimension analysis of the doctoral training model,this study analyses the courses of the problems existed in the process of training Chinas doctoral students.Above all,this paper proposes training reform plans which include expansion of enrollment channels,attempt to independent evaluating and selecting doctoral students,formulation of scientific and reasonable training plan,strengthening the construction of subjects,improving the teaching quality of the tutors.
