Study on Chongqing Universities R &D Captial Stock and R &D Efficiency Evaluation

摘要：

　　We measure and evaluate the R&D stock and the R&D efficieney of Chongqing general universities from the perspective of knowledge production,to build a knowledge production function model.We found that Chongqing universities R&D capital stock has been on an upward trend; universities scale and number of patents have a positive impact on Chongqing universities.
