The Collaborative Production Function Target Evaluation Principle Discussion
The technical and economic connotation and extension of the joint development should focus on innovation and the balance of the inheritance.In this paper,Douglas production function is constructed innovative collaborative production function to analyze he principle of balanced development of innovative objectives of Design and Implementation which depends on both the degrees of innovation and collaboration.On this basis,the two strategies to achieve innovation goals designed its decision-making,the efficiency improvements enhance the strategy and scale of the transition Promotion Strategy and conduct empirical analysis.
