Study on Evaluation Model of Policy-Oriented Investment Advisory of Leading Industry Independent Innovation Capacity of Henan Province
The ability of independent innovation is the guarantee of the leading industry to promote technological development,improve the comprehensive strength.In this paper,we take Henan Province as an example,on the basis of analyzing the content of the local leading industrys innovation,it probes into the model of evaluation of the independent innovation ability of local Leading industries,focuses on diagnostic methods of a kind of local leading industrys innovation ability-based on the statistical analysis of normal distribution,and also discusses the basic ideas and specific implementation steps,provide data analysis and policy investment advice for the local leading industrys building of independent innovation capacity.So it will effectively guide the local leading industrys independent innovation of putting forward to a series of policies,investment,management,and effectively improve the quality of independent innovation,to achieve maximum performance.
