A Research on Academic Evaluation Mechanism for College Teachers

　　The purpose of academic evaluation is to guarantee the seriousness of academy,to ensure the quality of academic activities,and to build the standard academic orders and environment.The academic evaluation mechanism for college teachers dominates the academic behaviors of college teachers.It means to promote the development of college teachers,develop the college spirits,and improve the state creativity.However,in present China,the quantity-oriented academic evaluation mechanism makes the college not only stay away from the purpose of academic evaluation,but also a victim of academic moral anomie.Therefore,we should establish the modern college system and the Government should exit from being the evaluation subject.Emphasize on the involvement of society and promote the social intermediary evaluation mechanism.Strengthen and improve the professional evaluation.Form a restraint mechanism and build the academic integrity system.
