Simulation of Tacit Knowledge Sharing of Collaborative Learning in Virtual Learning Community

　　Virtual learning communities provide platforms of knowledge sharing and collaborative learning for users in cfyberspace.This paper focused on the tatic knowledge sharing behaviors in collaborative learning of virtual learning community.By constructing a simulate model to analyse behaviors in tacit knowledge sharing process of varies type of agents of collaborative learning in virtual learning communities.The results of simulation have certain significance on how to establish effective mechanisms to promote interaction and communication among participants,as well as to enhance the collaborative learning effect.This study contributes practical and heuristic significance to the knowledge management of collaborative learning in virtual learning communities.
