摘要：

　　Web influence is an important part of the Evaluation of University,and also is the embodiment of brand value of the university in the network society,Information system of Web influence evaluation of university was constructed.The process of data collection of the original index,standardization,calculation and sorting,diagnostic analysis was automated and intelligent,which making the university evaluation more scientific and standardized.
