The Construction of Telemedicine Platform and the extension of Health Care Service

摘要：

　　In this paper, we applied a mature means of the Internet and Telemedicine Technology, and proposed new model of telemedicine services for the Community and Family, for the purpose of achieving the patients’ full range of health management with telemedicine, health monitoring, health advising, health guidance and health care, etc., The implementation of the objectives, methods, and significance were also analyzed and discussed in the paper.
