AN INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING TRAINING MODE BASED ON COMBINATION OF LEARNING AND RESEARCH

摘要：

　　Taken a group of students as an object of study who have finished partial engineering training courses, an innovative engineering training mode based on the learning and research combination is discussed in the paper, in which the training content of the mode was that students designed and manufactured a kind of semi-automatic film cutter with the way of self-thinking, teacher instruction,team discussion by using the existing equipments, teaching platforms of school, and personal skills.Facts have shown that, students innovative thinking and problem solving skills have been increased significantly.
