EXPLORATION OF THE TEACHING PATTERN OF ENGINEERING TRAINING BASED ON PROJECTS
Study based on projects has proven to be an effective approach to enhancing the innovative abilities of university students as well as their comprehensive qualities, which has drawn the attention of both domestic and foreign universities these years.With ten years exploration and practice, the Engineering Training Center of Harbin Institute of Technology has gained a fine teaching result by executing engineering training based on projects.Demonstrated by facts, this teaching pattern which sets a more definite study goal for students can not only foster students abilities of voluntary study and handling practical problems by way of applying the knowledge theyve learned, but also enhance the abilities of innovating and collecting information, the awareness of prime cost and competition, the spirit of team work and some other engineering qualities involved.
