EXPLORE OF EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY AND TEACHING METHOD IN THE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING COURSE

　　The reform and innovation of educational philosophy and teaching methods are pursued by the fundamental industrial training center of Tsinghua University.The educational philosophy ofjoyful learning is adopted in the engineering training teaching process, and the interestingness is designed in the teaching process.The teaching method of interactive and heuristic is useful explored in the teaching practice.In order to strengthen the knowledge, an engineering case is introduced to the course, and then enlightening and benefiting of the teaching process is enhanced.As far as the result of teaching is concerned, this educational philosophy and teaching method significantly enhance students learning efficiency, and learning enthusiasm, and improve the quality of personnel training.
