CULTIVATING GRADUATES ENGINEERING QUALITY AND INNOVATIVE ABILITY BASED ON COMPETITIONS

　　Using competition as subject of this paper, the function of competitions in cultivating innovative talents has been explained.At the same time, the experience of SCU in stimulating the students learning autonomy and enthusiasm by providing different forms and levels of competitions for liberal arts, science, engineering, and medical graduates to cultivate the graduates engineering quality and innovative ability has also been introduced.
