　　How to cultivate innovative elites is a heated topic in the field of higher education and community, the practice teaching is an important means to cultivate innovative elites.Engineering Training Center,Southwest University of Science and Technology, combined with its characteristics and the orientation,based on quality practice of teaching resources, build a multi-disciplinary integration of practice teaching platform.By innovative practice of teaching philosophy to build a multi-level practice teaching system and create innovative practice classes.Active exploration and practice in innovative elites cultivating, and made remarkable achievements.
