THE CONSTRUCTION RESEARCH ON THE ELEMENTS OF MACHINE MANUFACTURE CURRICULUM TO FACE EXCELLENT ENGINEERS CULTIVATION

　　Facing the fierce competition in the age of knowledge economy around the world, cultivating innovative talents is an urgent requirement of building an innovative country.According to the excellent engineers in the Excellence Project, this paper discusses its connotation; analyzes the domestic and international situation of the personnel training; elaborates the idea and action of curriculum construction based on the idea of large-scale engineering.Around the characters of Excellence Project, the paper introduces the methods of curriculum construction on the teaching model, means and methods and the construction of teaching resources and teaching group; points out that good construction of advanced engineering education can help the college students to build the idea of large-scale engineering and they will be equipped with the potential of Excellent Engineers.
