INNOVATION AND PRACTICE ON ENGINEERING PRACTICE TEACHING SYSTEM
Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy, and is also in strong need of talents with hightech, high-quality.Talents in this century should have strong practical ability, scientific thinking ability,cooperation ability, communication ability and organization ability except a solid theoretical foundation.How to improve the students practice and comprehensive ability becomes the key point of education research and reform.This paper explains the important role of comprehensive ability cultivation in nowadays higher education, analyses the effect of each teaching link on students comprehensive ability of thinking and practicing etc, and points out the insufficiency of theory teaching, experiment teaching, practice teaching.Meanwhile, it introduces the new engineering practice teaching system of the Engineering Workshop, the Xian Jiaotong University training base,with goal of training of college students comprehensive ability.The new engineering practice teaching system is consist of three basic tasks which include teaching practice, independent practice and project practice.And then discusses the operation mode of three basic tasks.At last, running effect is showed on the cultivating of students comprehensive ability.
