STRENGTHEN THE ENGINEERING SYNTHESIS TRAINING REFORM AND TRYING TO CULTURE THE STUDENTS ENGINEERING QUALITY

　　During the long-term practice, four-level teaching system of engineering training is constructed in Henan Polytechnic University including engineering knowledge, engineering training, Engineering Synthesis and research innovation.Engineering Synthesis training plays a digest role in the system which determines the teaching quality of engineering training, but single vector simple way of traditional engineering training can not improve students comprehensive ability, and are not suitable with the requirement of modern engineering training.For adapting to the era development to culture the students practical ability and creative spirit, according to the requirements of modem engineering training and CDIO educational philosophy, engineering training center reformed deeply from design,process analysis, process and engineering management.And the training process has outstanding design, comprehensiveness, practice, research and innovativeness which fully embody the character and requirement of modern engineering training.
