CARRY OUT THE REFORM OF PRACTICE TEACHING TO IMPROVE STUDENTS INNOVATIVE ABILITY
Innovation ability is the core of the creative talent, the cultivation of innovation ability for college students should start from the cultivation of practice ability.Practice teaching plays a very important role in improving students comprehensive quality, cultivate creative consciousness, practical ability of the compound talents.By this thought, our school actively carries out the reform of practice teaching, aiming at the NC training.During the basic training phase, use the practical teaching mode of typical parts as carrier and based on working process, and decrease theory teaching times in order to increase the students operational time, improve the practical ability.During the irmovative training phase, multiple processing type are combined, students form into a group freely and design product according to what the group is interested in, and complete the drawing, process every part of the product and assemble it.In the whole training process, teachers only act to process guidance, give full play to students subjective initiative, to create a good atmosphere of science and technology innovation, thus greatly improve the innovation ability of students.
