INNOVATE TRADITIONAL ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL TRAINING EDUCATION WITH MODERN EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
Mechanical disassembling and assembling (spindle box, feed box, apron) engineering training course of Jilin University has been set up for years, we fred some problems difficult to solve with conventional methods, such as the students need a long time to understand what we say, its hard to operate, and the equipment wear and tear.We innovate teaching methods to find a method to solve the problems.That is: We develop a multimedia software that simulates disassembling and assembling the transmission of lathe, students can disassemble and assemble the transmission of lathe on the computer according to disassembling and assembling process, order with the right tools.The simulation interface of the software will give them a stronger impression, and it has an obvious effect on the actual operation that our students will do next, it also reduce wear of the transmission ,and reducing cost and risk in actual practice is obvious.The software has won a wide popular support of our teachers and students, and this module will help to explore a new way to innovate traditional engineering and technical training education.
