OPTIMIZE RESOURCES AND FIND NEW WAY TO IMPROVE THE TEACHING OF THE ENGINEERING TRAINING TO CULTIVATE ENGINEERING STUDENTS WITH HIGH QUALIFICATION
This paper firstly introduces the change of higher education situation and the new requirement for college engineering training caused by social need.It points out that the college traditional Metal Working Practice should be transferred into the modern Engineering Training on the aspects of teaching concept, cultivation goal, teaching model and teaching contents.This paper indicates that in the engineering training, we should prepare different teaching contents according to the different majors, so that we can optimize teaching resource and enhance teaching effects.This paper also analyzes the characteristics of engineering practice teaching in the major of mechanism, puts forward a concept of product lifecycle in engineering training and an idea of enhancing the students studying by themselves, improving the quality of engineering training.
