USED THE THEORY OF ISOLATED MANUFACTURING ISLAND IN THE PROJECT PRACTICE TEACHING OF FUNDAMENTAL INDUSTRY TRAINING CENTER
(0) The mode of the project practice training combined with isolated manufacturing island of the advanced manufacturing systems is applied by the basic industrial training centers of some universities, and the combination with the management of teaching software and hardware of the training center,the mode can make traditional resources and advanced CNC machine tool resources of the training center be better used in the practice teaching of the project-driven of market-oriented, and when the project is dealed with various specialty students and many types of projects, the use of training center resources is flexible.The use of advanced manufacturing systems training mode will not only unite the students of stand-alone practice teaching and the actual completion of the project-driven practice teaching, but also can reflect that the preponderant group technology is an important foundation for flexible manufacturing system, further on, the mode makes the practice teaching of training center has connotation of industrial engineering, thus, it can make the sublimation of practice teaching purposes of the basic industrial training centers in the modern industrial environment and the realization of the university engineering education goals have the great significance.
