ENHANCING THE TEAM CONSTRUCTION OF PRACTICE EDUCATION; IMPROVING THE SKILL LEVEL OF PRACTICE TEACHING
In order to fit the requirements of cultivating excellent engineering talents and outstanding innovative students of Tsinghua University, the training center has been enhancing the training of instructors of experiment and practice and improving their education level of practice for the recent years.This text mainly introduces some beneficial practices and attempts of the training center in the aspects of team construction and cultivation.For example, conducting the teaching post training of the instructors, encouraging the competent instructors to participate in the industrial research projects, holding skill competition and teaching contest among the instructors and so on.Through those practices and attempts, the mutual learning and communication have been enhanced among the instructors; the reform of teaching methods has been deepened so as to achieve the targets of enhancing the education level through practice and feasibly improving the quality of education.
