DISCUSSION ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF ENGINEERING TRAINING CENTER AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING STAFF

　　Engineering training is an important part of the practice teaching that students in senior engineering colleges participate in after entering schools.The construction of Engineering Training Center sets up a platform which contributes to fostering students abilities of engineering practice as well as innovation.Under the construction of Engineering Training Center of Harbin Institute of Technology,the teaching staff plays an important role and has a decisive influence on the process.Meanwhile, the construction of engineering training center improves entire qualities of teaching staff.
