EXPLORATION OF IMPROVING THE ENGINEERING TRAINING TEACHING QUALITY

　　With the development of society and the advance of science and technology, the teaching content and demand of the engineering training have changed enormously.Improve the students comprehensive quality as a fundamental purpose; cultivate students engineering training ability and innovation spirit as the key.This paper thoroughly introduce and discuss some important teaching methods about perfecting the engineering training system mainly from the teaching system、 teaching content and organization management system, etc.According to the introduction of the methods to bring the certain enlightenment and guidance in the construction and expansion of model laboratories in the future.Making the engineering training realizes the innovation education and the unity of knowledge and action.
