　　Taking the development of petroleum industry training center as an example, the paper describes the connotation of studying, research and production, discusses the significance of the CSRP (combination of studying, research and production), presents several modes of studying, research and production in engineering training center, puts forward the avenues and means of studying, research and production.It has some reference effect to the current development of engineering training center.
