ORGANIZATION OPTIMIZATION METHODS FOR THE SKILL TRAINING OF NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINING TECHNOLOGY

　　The skill training of numerical control machining technology is an important part ot engineenng training, which is different from traditional training.According to teaching experiences of our department, the organization optimization methods for numerical control machining technology training has been summarized, which includes using scientific methods of training, choosing appropriate training contents, arranging training time reasonably and making full use of equipment resources.The better training effects could be achieved by the organization optimization methods.
