A RESEARCH ON ENGINEERING TRAINING CENTER AS A PIATFORM FOR CULTIVATING EXCELLENT ENGINEERS

　　Facing the opportunity of excellent engineer education and training programs it is worth considering how to play the role of engineering training center platform to deepen the engineering quality and ability cultivating, how to play the characteristics of engineering training courses and how to perform excellent engineers returning to project in the higher engineering education.The exiting hardware and software condition of engineering training center are analyzed firstly.After discussing the essential qualities of excellent engineers, this thesis focus on the role of the existing engineering training center for cultivating excellent engineers, which includes professional skills training and strength, cultivating and strengthening in non-technical quality, and cultivating innovative ability.
