RESEARCH ON THE COOPERATION OF SCHOOLS AND ENTERPRISES FOR CULTIVATING UNDERGRADUATES OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MAJORS
In combination with the research project on co-construction and shanng of practice bases in Fujian colleges and universities, implemented by metalworking teaching & research association, Fujian higher education society, the cooperation of schools and enterprises was studied.The survey data displayed that the practice bases in colleges or universities are far away from the enterprises while the advancement of device, the number of device, the strength of instruction, enterprise culture, etc.are taken into account, its disadvantages shouldnt be ignored and far outweigh its advantages.Therefore, a cooperation model of win-win scenario with science and technology innovation was put forward, which not only deepen the practice teaching reform of higher education, but also enhance the enterprise development, and to improve the student innovation ability.Finally, it focused on the new pattern of talents training and its administered and regulatory system.
