Freeway Construction and Management Technology Research Based on the Data Net Toll-by-Weight Fees
This paper introduces the present our country freeway generally adopts a closed toll collection mode, and on the adoption of OD matrix estimation algorithm are explained and put forward the feasibility of estimation and correction.By analyzing of the integrity, reliability features of the network weight charge data, the paper discusses networking account weight fees data in-depth mining and development can make it a greater role in the freeway construction management and operation of the maintenance.The use of traffic simulation system combines the data of freeway weight fees, fee information and section traffic information to optimize the selection and provide a more solid basis for decision making on the overall freeway management and control programs.Full text of more comprehensive analysis and expounds the networking weight fees data in freeway construction and management application field, data analysis methods and application of technology route.
