Research on Status and Countermeasure of the Custody of Intellectual Property of SMEs
The custody of intellectual property is a behavior which the client give the management affairs of intellectual property to the trustee to manage.Its transaction scope includes:intellectual property consulting affairs,the strategy of intellectual property rights affairs,intellectual property information affairs,intellectual property to create affairs,intellectual property maintenance affairs,intellectual property using affairs,intellectual property culture construction affairs,intellectual property rights integrated management affairs,etc.The intellectual property of SMEs management for SMEs development has an important meaning,meanwhile,the custody of intellectual property of SMEs has advantages on the independent management of intellectual property of SMEs.In China,the custody of intellectual property of SMEs has in practice in many places,and the effect is good,but still exist the following questions:(1)The government intervene too large.(2) The alienation of the company of the custody of intellectual property.(3) Nonprofit organization stand in a dominant position.The custody of intellectual property of SMEs countermeasure includes:follow the principle of the custody of intellectual property,the government pay more attention to guide the custody of intellectual property,etc.
