An Analytical Model of Enterprises Organizational Behavioral Attributes Affecting on R & D Cooperation

摘要：

　　R & D cooperation has become an effective way for enterprises to explore core competence by using external resource,domestic and overseas scholars have concentrated on the motives of R & D cooperation,the management of cooperative approach and the design of cooperative regulation.This paper attempts to study the way that organizational behavioral attributes including trust,commitment,communication,conflict reduction,protectionism,culture synergy and common vision affect R & D cooperation from the perspective of organization behavioral attributes,and put forward a analytical model.
