The Empirical Analysis of the Patented Inventions Influencing Factors on Small and Medium Enterprises--Based on Innovative Enterprises data Analysis in Fujian Province
Taking Fujian fifth group of innovative enterprises as the object,established model which base on Cobb-Douglas theory as the foundation function to analyze correlated factors affected invention patent output of small and medium enterprises.Research shows that the input of R & D personnel and funds,the patent number per R & D personnel create,the proportion of R & D investment and the scale of the enterprise have influence on invention patent output.In addition,the effect of R & D staff is deeper than R & D expenditure,and innovative enterprises have strong capacity to promote patent output.Therefore,small and medium enterprises should pay attention to excellent R & D personnel to attract and motivate,reasonable and strengthen the distribution of R & D funds to enhance the efficiency of input and output.So as to improve intellectual property management level,and promote the sustainable development of the small and medium enterprises.
