Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of Enterprises Promoted by Human Capital--Based on the Empirical Investigation of Enterprises in Hangzhou

摘要：

　　Human capital is the key element of transformation and upgrading of enterprises.In this paper,we use survey data to analyze the understanding of the economic transformation and upgrading of SMEs,the human capital demand and the human capital status of the surveyed enterprises.Finally,we propose some suggestions to improve human capital quality and optimize the human capital structure.The Small and Medium enterprises should use long-term incentive and incentive factors in human resources management.
