A Research Framework Among Managerial Cognition, Dynamic Capability and Firm Performance
Since Teece and Pisano put forward the dynamic capability in the article The dynamic capability of firm:An introduction in 1994,dynamic capability theory is more and more concerned by scholars.Scholars launched in-depth research on the dynamic capability theory from different perspectives,and obtained comparatively abundant research findings.From the perspective of the theories on dynamic capability study,different points of view have been formed based respectively on the theories of strategy management,of evolution and of organization.In this paper,we organized present relevant literature,also the connotation of dynamic capability,defines and its types and antecedents were discussed.Future researches related to strategic orientation were also outlooked.
