The Transformation and Upgrading of SME in the Massive Industry--A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

　　At present,the transformation and upgrading are the key issues for SMEs sustainable and sound development.The paper takes massive SMEs of Zhejiang as an example to discuss the technical route of transformation and upgrading,especially focusing on the technology,brand,industry chain and cluster upgrading of the hosiery industry of Zhuji city,Zhejiang Province.And based on a case of Datang Town of Zhuji city,details of the cluster mode of hosiery industry,are also covered.
