The Impact of Voluntary Export Restriction and CEPA on Chinese Textile and Clothing Export Growth

　　This paper empirically analyzes the impact factor on Chinese textile and clothing export growth using gravity model.The results indicate that the CEPA between China mainland,Hong Kong and Macao had significant impact on Chinas textile export,which increase export 97.39%.However,its impact on clothing export is not significant.The results also tell us that APEC increase textile and clothing by 46.23% and 53.73%.Therefore,we can infer that the Chinas regional free trade strategy will increase Textile and clothing export.From the perspective of increase Chinese competitive product export,China should take more positive attitude towards construction of regional free trade and integration.
