The Stage Evolution of Industrial Cluster and the Analysis of Government Policy

摘要：

　　Over the past twenty years,industrial clusters development is a big characteristic of Chinese economy.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper studies the management mechanisms of industrial clusters development from the perspectives of industrial clusters evolution stages and the analysis of government policies relatively.The research results show that the government play a guiding role on the formation of industrial clusters,and in order to ensure the healthy development of industrial clusters,the government should take some complementary policies timely.
