An Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Enterprise Scale, Ownership Structure and Performance--Evidence from Listed Construction Enterprises

　　The pressure that enterprises can survive in the competitive world is increasing with the continuous development of Chinese economy.Therefore,it is very important to improve the performance of enterprises.The thesis studied 46 listed construction enterprises in SHANGHAI and SHENZHEN STOCK EXCHANGE,using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to establish a model of the relationship between enterprise scale,ownership structure and enterprise performance,using AMOS software to demonstrate in practice that enterprise scale and ownership structure have effect on enterprise performance.The results suggest that the proportion of the largest shareholder is positively correlated with enterprise performance; the proportion of corporation shares is positively correlated with enterprise performance; enterprise scale is negatively correlated with enterprise performance.
