The Research on Assets Management System of the Public Rental Housing

　　As an important part of the affordable housing,the public rental housing has the characteristics of the state permanent assets and the real estate property.The assets management of the public rental housing,which is of the quati-administration,includes the allocation,property management,assessment,thesupervision and so on.Then the subject choice and the PPP mode are discussed in the paper.
