Dynamic Response Analysis of Suspended Submarine Pipeline Based on Soil Triaxial Test
Based on the traits of seafloor soil and marine environment in ChengDao oilfield,a nonlinear finite element model of suspended submarine pipeline coupled with sea-floor soil is developed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Discarding the traditional and imprecise pipeline model with double ends clamped or simply supported, the nonlinear effect between pipeline and seafloor soil is simulated by nonlinear springs. In order to get more accurate results, soil in a series of underground depths are sampled and by dynamic trialxial test system, triaxial compression test is carried out on sampled muddy clay, clay, silt and silty clay.P-Y curves of different types of soil are obtained and handled to be characteristics of nonlinear springs, and ba sed on that, effects of seafloor soil and structure proportion of spans on dynamic response of suspended submarine pipeline are discussed. The research demonstrated that,vortex-induced vibration is most likely to happen to suspended pipeline with muddy clay in both ends, and the harder the seafloor soil is,the safer the pipeline will be.Besides, the safest structure proportions of pipe with continuous spans are obtained. The analysis is instructive for preventing and controlling the suspending of submarine pipeline.
