　　From the present ten sion situation of residecntial parking facilities,based on the comparison of the three-dimensional garage type and analysis to residential quarters type,made the positive significance and necessity of three-dim ensional garage in to residential areas cle at,put forward selection and planning princi ples of three-dimensional garage for different residential area,In order to ease parking difficulties and stop disorderly in the residential.
