摘要：

　　Ship collision,not only dam aged the hull,threatening the goods,or even in a boat crash,serious marine pollution.The reason,is not difficult tofind the vast majority of crashes are caused by voyagers negligence,negligence and serious viola tion of international regulations for preventing collisions at sea.Thus,reduce hum an errors is to reduce collisions and im prove key aspects of the safe navigation of ships.Ship collision avoidance decision-m aking is an im portant 21st century marine technology research topics.
