Vibration Characteristic Analysis of Vehicle Air Suspension Based on Fuzzy Control

  The air suspension has the char acteristics of nonlinear variable spring rate.To improve vehicle handling stability and ride comfort,the characteristic curve can be designed to comply with the vehicle vibration.In this pa per,air suspension and whole vehi cle were selected as research object; vehicles mathematical model was established based on vehicle dyna mic theory,the state space expression and suspension system frequency response function of mathematical model were derived.Fuzzy control was adopted as air suspension control strate gy; vehicles ride comfort was analyzed and simulated using MATLAB/Simulink.The body vertical acceleration,the body pitch angular acceleration and the suspension deflections are obtained.Simulation results show that the mathematical model is reasonable.The fuzzy controller has a good performance to meet the actual demand.Vehicles ride comfort is improved.
