Construction of innovative steelmaking process
In our steel making plant two processing categories had been combined.This resulted in a complex material flow,a decline in productivity and deterioration in over-all quality.In an effort to solve these problems and to achieve higher product quality,we constructed new facilities (LF ?RH ?CC) for super functional steel production and completely separated the processes for different products.In addition,we constructed a new dephosphorization furnace and adopted SRP (Simple Refining Process).This enabled us to achieve higher productivity as well as a high phosphorus partition ratio.
