New molten iron desulfurizer Research and development of magnalium alloy particles

摘要：

　　On the basis of molten iron desulfurization by single blow grain magnesium process,has been researched the necessity and feasibility for optimization of the desulfurization agent,and study behavior and characteristics of magnalium alloy particles in the desulfurization process by experimental.Research experiments and scale of the chemical test results indicate that process indicato -rs and effects of magnalium alloy particles that contain 10% aluminum are better than process indicators and effects of pure magnes -ium particles for molten iron desulfurizer; it is considered to be a new hot metal desulfurization agent upgraded product.
