The Practice of Clean Steel Produced by 1700ASP Process in An Steel
The 1700 ASP is the first short process hot-rolled strip production line of its own design in China,manufacturing,technology and have overall own intellectual property rights,with a thin slab continuous casting machine,an extra-large steel-step furnace with a long trip,a blooming mill,a hot coiler,a flying shear,a finishing mill and a coiler.The continuous casting machine for medium-thin Slab is a continuous bending and straightening upright-bending casting machine made by VAI.Because of the thin slab continuous casting machine has its own characteristics compared with the general slab caster,so it has great significance for optimizing the ASP continuous casting technology and improving product quality.The work of clean steel production was described at 1700ASP process in An Steel.And the measures taken in the control of C,N,O and controlling in inclusions were introduced.
