Based on Pro/MECHANICA Finite Element Analysis of Fault Diagnosis

　　In PRO / E modeling environment,making a Simple introduction to the modeling techniques of strapping machine seal mechanism of hot dividing line of 1780mm hot strip rolling plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.Mechanica finite element module and then test and optimize the design of the structure,power,heat and other aspects of performance and durability.And in the actual environment,we make evaluation and optimization on the design of static and dynamic structural performance.Accurate cad geometry and unique adaptive solutions can automatically provide fast,accurate solution.This will not only be able to improve the accuracy of the second design,but also parts of the ministries to analyze the fault condition,identify the weakest link,a sexual point for inspection,maintenance and repair equipment.Thereby the efficient of using the parts can be enhanced and we also can achieve better predictive maintenance by finite element analysis of fault diagnosis.
